With the Accountable Banking Cashback Program, you can earn cashback when you pay with your Accountable Banking card. 💳✨
Your cashback is calculated automatically based on your eligible card purchases.
The amount you can earn depends on your Accountable plan:
All Accountable Banking users: Earn 0.5% cashback on eligible card purchases, up to €10 per calendar month.
MAX users: Choose one category and earn 5% cashback on eligible purchases in that category, with a combined cashback limit of €25 per calendar month.
Cashback is available for both physical and virtual card payments.
You can earn:
0.5% cashback
On eligible card purchases
Up to €10 per calendar month
As a MAX user, you can choose one cashback category and earn:
5% cashback on eligible purchases in your selected category
0.5% cashback on other eligible purchases
Up to €25 cashback in total per calendar month
The €25 limit is a combined monthly limit for both your regular and boosted cashback.
Cashback is earned on eligible card purchases once they have been settled.
Both of the following can be eligible:
Payments with your physical card
Payments with your virtual card
Cashback is not calculated when a payment is still pending. It is added once the transaction has been successfully settled.
The following transactions do not earn cashback:
ATM withdrawals
Gambling and betting transactions
Bank transfers
Direct debits
Fees
Declined transactions
Reversed or cancelled authorisations
MAX users can choose one active category:

🔨 Construction

The 5% cashback rate is applied to eligible purchases within your selected category.
As a MAX user, you can select one active cashback category at a time.
Your selected category receives the 5% cashback rate when eligible purchases are made.
If you are choosing a category for the first time, the boost starts once your category has been selected.
Yes, you can change your category.
However, if you already have an active category, any change will take effect at the beginning of the next calendar month.
Your current category remains active until then.
‼️You can only have one active category at a time.
Cashback is calculated once an eligible card transaction has been settled.
You can see:
How much cashback an eligible transaction has earned
Your cashback activity as you continue using your card
A transaction counts towards the month in which it is settled.
For example, if you make a purchase on January 31 but the transaction settles on February 2, it will count towards your February cashback.
Your cashback is paid to your Accountable Banking balance on the 1st day of the following calendar month.
If the 1st falls on a weekend, the payout will be made on the following Monday.
Once you reach your monthly cashback limit, you will not earn additional cashback for the rest of that month.
Regular users: €10 per calendar month
MAX users: €25 per calendar month
Your limit resets at the beginning of every new calendar month. Unused cashback does not roll over.
Cashback is calculated automatically by Accountable.
Cashback is available for eligible physical and virtual card purchases.
Cashback rates and monthly limits depend on your Accountable Banking plan.
Cashback is paid monthly to your Accountable Banking balance.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
