When you subscribe from our website directly, you will be able to manage your subscription and payment information, directly from the web:
Click on your account (buttom-left) and "Manage my subscription". You will be redirected to a page to select price plans
Click on "Manage my subscription"
On the next page, you can update the plan, add or update the credit card information
If you're on the mobile app and were downgraded to Free (e.g. after a failed payment), you can't update your Stripe payment details directly in the app. Please either:
open Accountable in a web browser and go to Account → "Manage my subscription" to update your payment method, or
contact us and we'll help you get it sorted.
If you subscribed via your smartphone in the mobile app, please update your payment details directly in the App Store or Play Store.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
